This short film takes you to the spectacular Penarronda beach, an official natural monument in Asturias (Spain). This beach is very popular amongst surfers. It is also part of the coastal hiking trail of the “Camino de Santiago”, and located on the border between Tapia de Casariego and Castropol.
This is my fourth film in a series of short nature films about Asturias, an autonomous community in the north of Spain. The video footage and images for the time-lapse sequences for this short film, have all been shot by me on June 18, 2013 at Penarronda beach.
