Watch how fast this tiny gold-striped salamander can accelerate. The footage for this wildlife moments video has been filmed during an amphibian field trip in Fuentes del Narcea, Degaña e Ibias National Park (UNESCO Biosphere) in Asturias (Spain).

The gold-striped salamander (Chioglossa lusitanica) is a “vulnerable” species, according to the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species.
